MY MEALS

BREAKFAST: I drink a glass of milk with Colacao, and with cereals.
FIRST BREAK: I eat cookies
SECOND BREAK: I eat a ham sandwich.
LUNCH: I eat lentils, and a steak, and for dessert a tangerine.
SNACK: I eat ham York.
DINNER: I eat fish, and for dessert a yoghurt.
I think that although my diet is balanced,
I can have some more fruit and vegetables.
